Here’s my Testimony.
I started Tendering in February of 2020. I had some success. One of my accounts to be specific was my PG&E Bill (Electric & Gas). I Tendered my PG&E Bill back in February of 2020. I sent another Tender in March and April. April was the 3rd Tender. PG&E Billing Department accepted my Tender but sent my check back with a notice telling me that I wrote out my check incorrectly. Meaning instead of writing “Special deposit for credit on account”, they wanted me to write in the dollar amount. I completely ignored the notice and sent them another Check under Special deposit. PG&E sent my Check back to me the second time! I completely ignored that notice as well. By this time, the PG&E Bill came for the month of May. I sent them another Check under Special deposit covering the Bill for April and May along with the 4th Tender and PG&E accepted it! When the PG&E Bill came for the month of June, I had Credits! And the PG&E Billing Coupon read
(No Payment Due). PG&E continued to send me a Bill for July, August and September. For 4 months my Bill said (No Payment Due). The month of October came and PG&E sent a Bill I actually had to pay. I sent PG&E a Check along with a Tender and the they accepted it. My Billing for November and December of 2020 was (No Payment Due).
I say this to say if I would have given up in the beginning when PG&E sent my Check back “TWICE”, I would have never seen any results from me Tendering! I stayed consistent and compliance with Law. Maxim: “Equity aids the vigilant, not those who slumber on their rights”
